He was predeceased by: his former wife Faye Keathley; his parents, Orville Keathley and Alice Keathley; his sisters, Edith White and Ruth Bell; his children, Bobby Keathley and Wanda Keathley; and his grandchildren, Tammy Keathley and David Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Jetty Keathley; his son Mickeal Johnson (Judy); his grandchildren, Terri Lee (David) and Jason Johnson (Jennifer); and his great grandchildren, Michael, Katie, Myca, Haylee, Jasey, Ethan and Zoey.
