She is survived by: her mother Wanda Blake of Conway, AR; her husband Jim Wooley; her children, Jason Wooley of Vilonia, AR and Jennifer Wooley of Sanford, NC; her grandchildren, Jack of Vilonia, AR and Jaren of Paragould, AR; and her brother Tony Blake (Lisa) of Ocala, FL.
