He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph "Doc" Shrable and Erceil Shrable (Phillips); and his brothers, Boyd Dean Shrable, Doyle Shrable and Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Shrable of Viola, Arkansas; his son Boyd Ray Shrable (Shandle); his stepsons, Kevin Sanders of Mountain Home and Brian Sanders (Lottie) of Conway, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Jordyn Powell (Jacob), Dalton Shrable, Jagger Shrable, Mailee, Gabby, Brady and Amara Williams (Jessie).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Doty Family Funeral Service (140 N Pickren St, Salem, AR 72576). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Flora Baptist Church. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at the Flora Cemetery (9746 US-62, Viola, AR 72583).
