He is survived by: his wife Donna Kuykendall; his daughters, Kristine Rudes (Bryan) of Caufield and Korina Grisham (Jimmy) of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jonathan Strauser, Taylor Clapp (Brandon) and Amanda Hurst (Blake); and his great grandchildren, Ady and Cainen.
