As Norman departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Norman may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Norman leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ed and Jane Alene Gaines (Hughes); and his brothers, Jon Kent Gaines, Sr., Van Gayle Gaines and Kyle Max "Kykie" Gaines.
He is survived by: his sister Marilyn Fluharty of Plain City, UT; and his sister-in-law Susan Lorraine "Lorri" Gaines. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and special great nephews and nieces.
