He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Louise Phillips (Lewis) of Waldo; his brother Ed Phillips (Sue) of Rosston; and his nieces and nephews, Ben Phillips (Amie) of Memphis, TN, Ken Phillips (Amanda) of Goodman, MO, Phillip Lamb of Fort Worth, TX, Susan Butler (Ronnie) of Bryant, Wendy Phillips of Rosston and Amy Wilson (David "Bud") of Damascus.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 25th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hephzibah Cemetery (22030 AR-98, Emerson, AR 71740). A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
