She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Gossett and Beulah Gossett; her daughter Cherie Hill; and her siblings, Benny Gossett and Joann Davis.
She is survived by: her significant other Roy Jones; and her daughters, Teresa Peters (Scott), Peggy Fortner (Bryan) and Cindy Holley (Carl Vail). She is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
