He is survived by: his children, Michael Curtis, Neil Chaney and Amanda Cheesman; his grandchildren, Courtney Cheesman, Ivy Catlett, Tyler Curtis and Trinity Curtis; his sisters, Monette Austin and Linda Beth Rogers; and his nephew Jody Curtis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
