He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Roy and Mattie Alice Garner Neel. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Pierce Neel of Waldron; his children, Jason Neel (Michelle) of Wesley Chapel, FL, Carla Ravey (Paul) of Waldron and Deshawna McKinnon of Hot Springs; his brother Wayne Neel (Beth) of Arkadelphia; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Hope, Alexandrea Mahaffey and Brylan Neel; and his great grandchildren, Cambreigh Mahaffey and Cohen Hope.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
