She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Clayton Kelsay and Grace Elene Cutler Kelsay; her husband Jimmie Lee Chadwick; and her sister Marty Kelsay. She is survived by: her children, Jim Chadwick of Walnut Ridge and Deborah Romacker (Ron) of New Haven, MO; her siblings, O'Dean Kelsay, Pauline Cottrell and Dorothy Wilcoxson; her grandchildren, Scott Romacker (Christina), Steven Romacker and Kelsey Estes (Nick); and her great grandchildren, Riley Romacker, Dustin Romacker, Aubrey Romacker and Ace Estes. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Children's Home in Paragould or the American Heart Association.
