She is survived by : her husband Ricky Lewis; her children, Jeremy Cullum (Kim) of Paragould, Tyler Cullum of Walnut Ridge, Gerald Dunning (Mary) and Mary Bailey (Michael) of Hoxie; her stepchildren, Heath Lewis (Christie) of Omaha, NE, Kevin Lewis (Jennifer) of Beech Grove, Ricia Lewis of Hoxie and Belinda Irvin (Rick) of Jonesboro; and her siblings, Rhonda Baker of Siloam Springs and Bill Dunning of Lake Station, IN. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many other friends and family.
