He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Copeland and Mary Copeland (Harrison); his parents-in-law, Ralph and Ena Dawson; his daughters, Donna Copeland and Tammi Davis; and his sisters, Mary Sue Morris and Peggy Copeland.
He is survived by: his wife Ralphaine; his children, Jeffrey Copeland (Renee), Brett Copeland, Sean Copeland (Betsy) and Tonja Gibson (Mark); his grandchildren, Christina Reynolds, Skylar Sloan, Jeremie Copeland, Audrey Copeland, Tristan Copeland, Hayden Copeland, Peyton Copeland, Teagan Copeland, Rachel Copeland, Josh Gibson, Drew Copeland and Aubrey Copeland; his great grandchildren, Alanna, Christopher, Caleb, Skyla and Grayson; and his great great grandchild Blakely.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Sarge's honor to the NEA Humane Society.
