As Carolyn departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Carolyn. Though Carolyn may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Flippo and Mable Flippo (Jones); her husband Eli Don DePriest; and her sister Merilyn Adams. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Evans (Steve) of Bono and Marsha Brewer (Rick) of Jonesboro; and her grandchildren, Jason Lunn, Cara Shirai, Amy Shell, Beth Hook and Jana Crowell. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
