It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles D Meeks of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, who passed away on November 19, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles Meeks; his stepgrandson Elijah Bishop; and his daughter Crystal Atley. He is survived by: his mother Della Meeks (Jones) of Black Rock; his daughter Heather Fox (Cody) of Russellville; his stepdaughter Misty Bishop of Imboden; his brothers, Kenneth Meeks (Heather) of Imboden and Gary Meeks (Candi) of Powhatan; and his grandchildren, Jason Bishop, Noah Bishop, Annalisa Atley, Bruce Atley, Payton Fox and Gloria Fox. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
