He is survived by: his wife Cindy Ray; his sons, Brandon Johnson (Amber) of Jonesboro and Ben Johnson of Fort Smith; his sister Shirley Shankle (Bob) of Sheridan; his grandchildren, Breanna Whitworth (Jason), Adele Johnson and Thomas Johnson; and his great grandchild Thalia Whitworth. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
