She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Dell and Helen Forkum Lenderman. She is survived by : her husband Lloyd Hefner; her children, Keith Hefner (Patricia) of Walnut Corner and Kathy Proffitt of Jonesboro; her siblings, Clifford Lenderman (Carolyn) of Jonesboro, Bill Lenderman of Walnut Corner and Mildred Dennis of Paragould; and her granddaughter Jennifer Watson (Mike) of Jonesboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 a 6-foot distance must be maintained between individuals and family groups at the cemetery.
