He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ray Smith and Bessie Jewel "Strange" Smith; his wife Jolene Smith; and his siblings, Doyle Smith, Edna Lee Smith, Judy Baxter and Bernice Shaw.
He is survived by: his son Ronny Smith (Pam); his grandsons, Eric Smith (Susan) and Brandon Apa; and his great grandchildren, Tara Harrington (Jake) and Jack Smith.
