He was predeceased by: his wife Maggie Spikes Henry; his sisters, Camille Fitzhugh Ellis and Inez Riggs; his parents, Lucile Waldron and R. C. Waldron; his nephews, Thomas Richard "Tommy" Riggs MD and Jim Fitzhugh; his great-nephew Clem; William Jean.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Ben Henry, Clem Henry and Cassie Henry Jean; and his sibling's children, Dianne Espinoza, Susan Riggs Runge, MD and Davis Fitzhugh.
