He is survived by: his wife Karen Jo Blair (Stegall) of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas; his children, Heather Moody (Jerry, Jr.), Billy Blair (Michelle) and Kim Washburn (John); his grandchildren, Nicole Moody (Rex), Jake Moody, Jonathan Moody, Angel Blair (Cager), Michael Blair (Alyssa), Kimmy Blair, Nathan Blair, Abby Winkelmann (Brad), John T. Washburn (Mackenzie) and Jake Washburn (Tori); his great grandchildren, Roxanne, Judson and Jazmine; and his siblings, Cathy Schwind (Robin) of Burton, Ohio, Richard T. Blair (Kim) of Orwell, Ohio, Ruth Sperling (Kim) of Burton, Ohio and Sheryl Blair of Chardon, Ohio. He is also survived by six nieces, five nephews, numerous extended family members, and many dear friends.
