He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Stocks and Leva Mae Stocks (Rees); his brother Ronnie; his brother-in-law Gerald Oakley; and his love Fran Cox.

He is survived by : his children, Neal Stocks (Kim) and Diane Skeel (Ben); his grandchildren, Jessica (Jimmy), Jennifer, Jordan (Hunter), Baylee (Nathan), Brayden and Colton; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Rylie, Daphne, Ari, Raelynn, Houston and Skyla; his sisters, Shirley Oakley and Barbara Ausbrooks (Carmon); his nephew Brian Oakley (Karla); and his niece Lydia Rogers (Jay). He is also survived by numerous aunts and cousins.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home (404 W Dewitt Henry Dr, Beebe, AR 72012). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the 16th Section United Methodist Church (8683 AR-319, Austin, AR 72007). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at the Sixteenth Section Cemetery (10227 Hwy 319 W, Austin, AR 72007).
