She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Margarette Moseley. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy L. Forrest; her children, Jimmy W. Forrest (Louise) and Rebekah Danielle Forrest; her pets, Angel and Bruiser; and her sister Sue Kift. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Smith Family Funeral Home (404 W Dewitt Henry Dr, Beebe, AR 72012). A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery (1501 W Maryland Ave, North Little Rock, AR 72120).
