He is survived by: his wife Wendy Conrad; his daughter Brittney Smith (Aaron) of Benton, Arkansas; his stepchildren, Josh and Heather; and his sisters, Anita Hunter (Bud) of Erie, Vickie Nicewanner (Jimmie) of Sterling and Beth Ronnau (John) of Erie, Illinois.. He is also survived by three grandchildren and several step grandchildren.
