He was predeceased by : his parents, Calvin Nichols and Maude Johnson Nichols; his wife Linda Bradley Nichols; and his siblings, Sambo Nichols, Jr., Punkin Nichols, Hazel Bond, Marie Williams, Betty Cater and Eloise Nichols.
He is survived by : his sister Dorothy Mae Nichols Jackson of Des Moines, IA; his grandchildren, Leslie Young, Blake and Derrick Nichols (Katlin); and his great grandchildren, Isaac Young and Corban Young.
