He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora T. "Buster" Russell and Ruthie Edgin Russell; and his sister Geneva Russell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Russell; his children, Roger Adam Russell (James) of Alexander, AR, Scotty Ray Adair of Rison, AR, Karen Adair of Warren, AR and Jennifer Clark (Archie) of Warren, AR; his grandchildren, Reagan, Lakin, Jaxon, Aiden and Jacey; his great grandchildren, Ozzy, Kailor and Bailey; and his siblings, Mary Bradley, Elsie Swain and Phillip Russell of Warren, AR. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
