He is survived by: his wife Tami Neal; his sons, Richard (Kathy) of Tulsa and Pete (Amy) of Oak Grove, Louisiana; his stepsons, Marcus (Carmen) of Clever and Marty (Codi) of Hermitage, Arkansas.; and his siblings, Dennis Neal of Hope, Linda Simpson of Oak Grove, Brenda Williams of Texarkana and Debra Carlton of Texarkana, Texas.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
