He was predeceased by: his father Billy Joe Warner; his brothers, Billy G. Warner and James H. Warner; and his former wife Sandra K. Clifton. He is survived by: his parent Ceola Broughton-Warner; his sisters, Bonnie Junior (Ronnie), Betty Warner of Monticello, AR, Joyce Broughton and Jackie Broughton (Gertie Warner-); and his caregivers, Miss Carolyn "Michell" Youngquist and Miss Erica Hampton. He is also survived by five nieces; five nephews; three great-nieces; two great-nephews and special friends.
