He is survived by : his children, Robert Beene of Centerton, Sandra Boen of Fayetteville, Jeff Beene (Tammy) of Greenville and Marla Beene of Akron, Iowa.; and his siblings, Pat Beene and Jayne Sandberg of Iowa City, Iowa..
