He was predeceased by: his parents, June Ginnett and Emogene Voils Ginnett; his wife Marilyn Jones Ginnett; and his sisters, Hazel Marie Marshall and Norma Koonce.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Rodgers of Onalaska, Texas and William Arledge, Jr.; and his siblings, Ruthie Lewis, Betty Bates, Bill Koonce and James Ginnett. He is also survived by six grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
