He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto William Hess, Sr. and Nataliee Rachel Hess (McCollum); his daughter Stephanie Hess; and his siblings, Andrew, Johnny Hess and Katheryn Hess Holcomb.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Hess; his children, Dave Hess (Jenni) of Wynne and Christie Cole of Wynne; his siblings, Bill Hess (Pam) of Colt, Michael Hess (Debbie) of Wynne, Lenny Hess (Rose) of Hot Springs, Richard Hess of Mountain Home, Mark Hess (Lori) of Cherry Valley, Patrick Hess (Jennifer) of Fayetteville and Rachel Hess of Wynne; and his grandchildren, Jacob Hess, Lily Cole, Natilee Hess and Mason Hall. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
