He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Jackson Samuels and Anna Elizabeth Samuels (Eaton); his wife Brenda Samuels; his son Michael Samuels; his stepchildren, Rhonda James and Carl Clayton Williams; and his siblings, Pauline Sloan, Leola McCoy, Jesse Bryant and Lloyd Samuels.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Samuels (Amy) of Waynesboro, TN, Todd Samuels (Caroline) of Elmira, NY and Tracy Samuels (Kimberly) of Lehigh, FL; and his brothers, Lavon (Barbara Samuels), Gary (Kathy Samuels) and Lanny Samuels. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crystal Hills Family Fellowship. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crystal Hills Family Fellowship Church.
