He is survived by: his mother Patricia Sanders Kulka of Wesley, Arkansas; his sister Marla; his brother-in-law Heath Barksdale of Witter, Arkansas; his daughter Andrea (Mac Leichner) of Goshen, Arkansas; his nieces, Sarah Barksdale and Emily Cluer (Michael); his nephew Cody Wilson (Paige); his granddaughters, Ellie and Eila Leichner; and his great-nieces, Amelia and Adley Clark.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moore's Chapel Funeral Home (206 W Center St, Fayetteville, AR 72701). A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Olive Cemetery (11155 E Mt Olive Rd, Elkins, AR 72727).
