He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlen Williams and Golda Kilgore Williams; his wife Barbara Jeanette Williams; and his sister Marietta Jett. He is survived by: his sons, Lance Michael Williams of Winter Haven and Ricky L. Williams of West Fork.
