He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Henry Warner and Flossie Pearl Warner (Foster). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Warner; his sons, Charles Hogendyk (Erin) of West Fork and Michael Hogendyk (Jessica) of West Fork; his grandchildren, Bailie Hogendyk, Madison Hogendyk, Michael Hogendyk II and Donald Hogendyk; and his sister Sherry DeVaul of Goldendale, Washington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
