He is survived by: his son Michael Joe Mitchell, Jr. (Tammy) of Winslow; his brother Jimmy Ray Mitchell of Farmington, AR; his grandsons, Travis Mitchell (Kristin) and Trevor Mitchell (Natalie); his great grandchild Noemi Mitchell; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Addi, Rylie and Glenn.
