He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Moncrief. He is survived by: his father David Moncrief; his wife Regina Moncrief; his children, David Lee Moncrief (Holly), Amanda Duron of Phoenix, Arizona and Kerri Horton of Westville, Oklahoma; and his brother Mark Moncrief (Penny) of Fayetteville, Arkansas.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
