He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Howard; his children, Judy Crecelius of Knoxville, TN, Randy Howard (Cricket) of Poplar Grove, AR, Angie Seelinger (Keith) of Scott, AR, Sandra West of Gulf Port, MS, Victor Howard of West Helena, AR, Zoe Howard (Dustin) of Helena, AR and Eraina Butler (Tim) of Callahan, FL; his siblings, Robert Howard (Ann) of Hickman, CA, Jerry Howard (Rhonda) of Hilmar, CA and Rosemary Howard Winters of Waterford, CA; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Harris of Waterford, CA, Julie Staton of Collierville, TN, Pricilla Secrest of Heber Springs, AR, Michael Montgomery of Belgin, Bud Secrest of Heber Springs, AR and Ed Staton of Collierville, TN.. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; thirty-five great grandchildren; sixteen great-great grandchildren.
