He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen W. Ray and Annie Lorhine Crutcher Ray; his wife Geraldine Ray; and his sisters, Lucy Cook and Minnie Langston.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Woods (Thomas) of Moro and Audra Ray of West Helena, Arkansas; his granddaughter Haylee Havard (Cory) of Lucedale, Mississippi; his great grandchildren, Cayler Havard, Dru McCormick and Wes Havard; his siblings, Alvin Ray (Charlotte) of Farmington, Terry Ray (Morrison Henry) of Cincinatti, Ohio, Lois Ford Horne of Helena, Polly Lacey of Tacoma and Linda Tidwell (James) of Memphis, Tennessee; his children, Tracy Morris, Larry Moon, Michael Richmond, James "Beaver" Mayfield and Dwight "Bud" Haire; his close friends, Scott and Lori Williams; and his pets, Ty, Bella, Coco and Socks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers you may make memorials out to Rondo Baptist Church or the Phillips County Fishing Rodeo.
