He is survived by: his wife Helen Cagle; his children, Lynette Slaughter of Greenbrier, AR and Anthony Mullally of Spartanburg, SC; his grandchildren, Dustin Slaughter of Little Rock, Courtney Jackson (Keith) of Pea Ridge, AR, Brandon Slaughter of Phoenix, AZ and Kelby Mullally of Boiling Springs, SC; and his great grandchildren, Tristian Mullally and Wyatt Jackson.
