She was predeceased by: her parents, Quincy Thompson and Carrie Thompson; and her siblings, Etta, James, Edward and Charles.

She is survived by: her children, Calvin B. Davis, Patsy A. Parsons (Arthur), Larry D. Thompson (Jenniffer) and Tayvon Cofield-Thompson; her siblings, Vera B. White, Vernetta Saunders, Brenda Haigler (Alexander), Rae King, Paris Thompson (Demaris) and Alfonzo L. Thompson (Christine); and her grandchildren, David Thompson, Arthur Parsons, Chloe Parsons, Preston Parsons and Ariel Faulk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
