He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton, Sr. Fluker and Pearlie Wesley Fluker of Holly Grove, Arkansas.; his siblings, Beulah Mae, Macio Williams, Essie Mae, Julius Caesar'Ray" Fluker, Parlee Mayo and Joe Nathan Fluker, Sr. (Irene); his granddaughter Latosha Latrice Fluker; and his great grandchild Julianna Jamie McMullen.
He is survived by: his wife Lula Fluker of Holly Grove, Arkansas; his sisters, Jearline Hoskins (late Silvester) of Holly Grove, Arkansas, Daisy Lee Humphrey Parks of Holly Grove, Arkansas and Mary Alice Palmer (Jimmy) of Holly Grove, Arkansas; and his sisters-in-law, Irene Griggs Fluker of Pine City, Arkansas and Geraldine Griggs Mayo of DeWitt, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
After a courageous battle with the unrelenting effects of Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease, God in His infinite mercy called him home, where suffering is no more and peace abides forever.
