She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Harlen McBroom Sr. and Mary Jane Hilpert McBroom; and her brother Ricky McBroom Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Jeremy McCarty of West Helena, Arkansas, Jesse Lawson of West Helena, Arkansas and Alicia McCarty of West Helena, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Elijah McCarty, Asher McCarty, Harlen McCarty, Jayla McCarty and Joy McCarty; her sisters, Vonda Jane Bonebrake and Angela Fawn Wanderaas (Shawn); and her nieces and nephews, Caleb Aaron Bonebrake, Charles "Allen" Ward, Amber Nicole Ward, Raeanna Marie Ward, Everly Bonebrake and Jameson Ward.
