Betty Riggs Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Riggs of West Memphis, Arkansas, who passed away on December 19, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Carlos Smith and Pearl Smith; her husband Leon Riggs; and her siblings, Virgil, James and Barbara.
She is survived by : her children, Brenda Lancaster, Cindy Riggs, Larry Riggs (Kimberly) and Lynn Hemingway (George). She is also survived by her children, as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
