He was predeceased by: his parents, Parnell Foster and Christine Foster; his son Dennis Lee Foster; and his siblings, Peggy Strickland, Leroy, Kenneth, Ronnie and Tracy Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Winkel Foster; his siblings, Mary Ellis (Ron) and Terry Foster (Patricia); his children, Daniel G. Foster Jr., Jeptha M. Gates Jr. and Princess Rose Windham (Tony); and his grandchildren, Tanner, Madison Windham, Logan, Lathan, Lexie and Lane Foster.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (411 N Missouri St, West Memphis, AR 72301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Saint Michael Catholic Church of West Memphis.
