He is survived by: his wife Shirley DeLoach Moore; his children, Valerie Moore Parish of Bay, AR, David H. Moore Jr. (Andrea) of Dayton, OH and Jennifer Moore Bigham (Alan) of Jonesboro, AR; his grandchildren, Molly Parish, Carson Moore, Barrett Moore, Ayla Bigham, Jenna Bigham and Trevor Bigham; and his great grandchild Kendal Burrow.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN or to Children's Home Inc. of Paragould, AR.
