He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Luster and Zela Creekmore (Chappell); and his brothers, Elbert Ray, Alfred Creekmore and Richard Creekmore.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Goacher Creekmore; his children, Steven Creekmore (Debi) of Rogers, Kevin Creekmore (Shaila) of Jonesboro and Stacy Creekmore Minga (Casey) of Cordova, Tennessee; his brothers, Melvin Creekmore (Anna) of Jesup, Preston Creekmore (Velma) of Horn Lake, Walter Creekmore (Judy) of Collierville and Dean Creekmore (Anne) of Marion, Arkansas; his sister-in-law Susan Creekmore of Marion, Arkansas; his grandsons, Samuel and Tyler Creekmore of Jonesboro; and his stepgrandchildren, Eric Kaufman of Rogers, Sergeant Elizabeth Kaufman and S. Army. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
