He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Pollock Robbins; his sons, Donald Robbins (Kim) of Germantown, TN and Stephen Robbins (Amy) of Fort Smith, AR; his grandchildren, Rachel Kirkes, Luke Robbins, Dean Robbins, Ella Robbins, Katherine Elsken and Lily Robbins; his great grandchild Oaklyn Kirkes; and his sister Melba O'Brien (Norman) of Batesville, AR. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
