He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Harbin of Proctor, Arkansas. and Donny Harbin Sr. of Proctor, Arkansas.. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Cotton of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and his siblings, Jennifer Delahoussaye of Springdale, Christi Harbin of Dublin, Georgia and Mark Williams.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel (201 Pine St, West Memphis, AR 72301).
