He is survived by : his wife Linda Bolt Lester; his children, Steven Eugene Lester (Michelle) of Kentucky, Donna Lynn Barnes (Bill) of Kentucky and Jan Kay Sullivan (Matt) of Florida; his grandchildren, Samatha Erin Barnes, Jonathan Sullivan, Jacob Sullivan, Anna Michelle Barnes and Kai Steven Lester; and his sisters, Pat Hendrix and Marie Hester.
