We are sad to announce that, on April 10, 2020, at the age of 80, James Robert Fulton (West Memphis, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Robyn. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Robert Tracy Fulton (Sue) of Odessa, TX and Amy Black of Germantown, TN; his grandchildren, Alan and Anna Black; his aunt Ann Parrish; and his pet Luke.
