He is survived by : his mother Cheryle Smith of Springdale; his brother Chris Smith (Amy) of Springdale; his nephew Dewayne Smith (Jessica); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jayde and Kali; and his nieces, Brooke Smith of Rogers and Zoe Smith of Rogers.
